Josh Richie in 2011 bought his business, Refurbiture Inc., from Dave Singer, owner of Warehouse of Fixtures.
The two have remained good friends, and are now teaming to buy a 100,000-square-foot north St. Louis building. Richie, Singer and Warehouse of Fixtures Sales Manager Jim Brauss, through their 5642 Natural Bridge LLC, have the building at that address under contract, with a closing possible in May. Natural Bridge Realty LLC would be the seller, and Sportsplay Equipment Inc., a manufacturer of playground products, currently operates there.
