New Furniture –All new furniture orders require a 50% deposit to place the order. The balance is due on delivery or will call. If a product is left off the delivery or will call due to back order, or other issues the customer is entitled to withhold the amount that those missing products total. All specials order products require payment in full to place the order. We will hold new furniture that has a zero balance for one month without charging a storage fee. After the first month 2.5% of the total sales price will be charged for storage.
Systems furniture (Cubicles & Workstations) –To place an order for new systems furniture, 50% is due for the order to be placed. When dealing with both new and used systems furniture there will often be a punch list of things that need to be finished after the delivery day. In this case, the balance minus 10% is due. On completion of the punch list the remaining 10% is due.
Used Furniture –We will hold used furniture for two weeks with a 50% deposit or for one month when the balance is paid in full. Upon delivery or will call the remaining balance is due. If a product is left off the delivery or will call due to back order, damage or other issues the customer is entitled to withhold the amount that those missing products total. After the first month 2.5% of the total sale price will be charged for storage.
Stairs—In the event that there are stairs when a customer has previously stated there are none, an additional fee will be applied depending on the furniture needing to be carried up the stairs as well as the number of stairs present.
Area not ready—If the area where the product is being delivered is not ready for the delivery crew, a fee of $30 per man per hours will be assessed while the crew is waiting.
Incorrect Delivery Information—In the event that any of the delivery information provided to us is incorrect we reserve the right to either refuse to complete the delivery or assess an additional charge.
After an order has placed for a special order or non-returnable product no cancellations or return are permitted. If the product being cancelled is able to be restocked by the manufacturer, there will be a 25% plus freight restocking fee assessed. Used furniture being returned must be brought back to us in the same condition within 7 days of the sales and 20% restocking fee will be charged.
